Questions, suggestions, privacy requests, and technical issues are handled by email.

For questions about weather data, maps, accounts, or utility tools.
Email info@cloud-work-utilities.com and include:
- A clear description of what you were trying to do
- The page or Cloudwork tool involved
- The complete error message, if one appeared
- Your browser and device type
- A screenshot with passwords, tokens, and personal details removed
Include an IP address only when it is relevant to an IP lookup or network-tool problem. Never send passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, API keys, or other secrets.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, deletion, portability, consent, and advertising choices.
Send requests to info@cloud-work-utilities.com with the subject Privacy Request. Use the email address associated with your account when possible. We may request additional information to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Report suspected vulnerabilities or compromised accounts privately.
Email info@cloud-work-utilities.com with the subject Security Report. Provide enough detail to reproduce the issue, but do not access other users' data, disrupt the Service, or include live credentials in your message.
Official channels
Know when a message is really from Cloudwork.
Cloudwork does not provide support by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or unsolicited remote-access sessions. We will not call to claim your device is infected, request payment for account recovery, or ask for your password or two-factor authentication code. Treat anyone making those claims as an impersonator.
